Commercial Woodwork in Waltham, VT
Browse through this page for examples of my commercial woodwork in Waltham, VT.
These benches were made for the new Pizzagalli Center for Art and Education at Shelburne Museum in Shelburne, Vermont. Stainless steel was used as a support for the back of the benches. The steel was also an excellent tie into the modern building which actually used some identical visible stainless fasteners.
This group of pictures is of work that I made for the Park Hyatt Hotel in Washington, D.C. The 29' bench is in the Blue Duck Restaurant, the Waltham Rockers are spread around the common areas, and 8 4 1/2' benches are in glass-walled booths in the Tea/lunch area.
